Hi,
I submitted this same problem the other day and thought I had resolved it but once I cleared my cache the problem was back.I’ve created a “tab section” (layout element) on my site. The tab section has 6 tabs and multiple elements within those tabs. All of the elements are wrapped in column layout elements. Each tab has two columns, all set to equal heights. Something is causing the tab section’s height to stretch. There is a lot unwanted white space displaying below my tab section layout. Both the “av-tab-section-inner-container” and “av-tab-section-outer-container” class elements seem to be pushing my (next section) page elements down the page when I resize the window. The more I shrink the width of the window the bigger the gap becomes until it finally hits the responsive breakpoint for phones. Even then it’s still more of a gap than I would like. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get this spacing issue under control but I am stuck. Please advise.

Thanks for the link, though I can’t see anything like that on my end using Chrome. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem and let us know in which browser you are getting the error please?

BasilisMarch 5, 2018 at 10:48 pm #921886Hi,
It’s not just my screen. It’s all my colleague’s screens as well. We are not all on the same network either. Some are in the office, some are home, etc. Please don’t just look at it “full width.” Shrink the screen vertically and you will see that the second section drops way down the page. Also the spacing between the two sections varies at full width depending on which tab you have selected. This behavior makes no sense to me. Check each tab and shrink and expand your window. You’ll see it.
Thanks!
MarkMarch 6, 2018 at 12:07 pm #922182Hi,
Thank you for the info. That is actually the default behavior of the tab section and one of its limitation. The main tab section takes the height of the tallest tab instead of the active tab. If you can provide the login details, we’ll try to modify the script.

IsmaelMarch 6, 2018 at 3:14 pm #922341Hi,
Yes, please do try and modify the script. I need to get this working. :) Also – if you could let me know what file(s) were affected along with notations, that would be very helpful.
Thanks,
MarkMarch 6, 2018 at 3:23 pm #922349I’ve also included FTP credentials. We are using a child theme.
March 7, 2018 at 12:04 pm #922883Hi,
Thank you for the info. Please ignore my previous response. I forgot about the “Content height” settings. Select the second option to force the element to adjust to the height of the current content.

VictoriaDecember 2, 2020 at 2:19 pm #1264500Not working with 4.7.6 and top versions. There is no (“Content height”) option, also a few options have gone and gives errrors, tabs not displaying properly. I love this theme but since 4.7.6 and top updates have many errors.
