    Hello,

We are having issues with 4.2.5 update on Woocommerce installs. After update, clicking on any product results in a 502 or 504 errors. It’s happened on 2 sites. One hosted with siteground and the other with wpengine.

The website that is hosted with siteground gives 504 error and the other that is hosted with wpengine gives 502 error.
Impossible to load any product pages on both websites.

On wpengine hosted site we updated on staging, the live site still using 4.2.4 is running fine.

    Best wishes,
    Sinisa

    Hey Bethechange2017,

Can you please ask your hosting company to look the error?
Why it might be coming as for sure it is not related to Enfold but might be related to WooCommerce?

    WPEngine
has an option for staging, so making a staging before update is so great!

    Best regards,

    Hi Basilis,

I checked with the hosting provider and they confirmed it is nothing to do with them. This problem starts only with updating Enfold from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5, so it is definitely related to Enfold. I am not the only one experiencing this problem, there are other topics opened with exactly the same issue with 4.2.5 update.
Apart of that it happens on both of my websites when I update Enfold to 4.2.5 and the websites are hosted with different hosting providers. One with wpengine, and other with siteground.
Both sites run perfectly with 4.2.4 Enfold.

    Best wishes,
    Sinisa

    Hi all,

i’ve got the same problem after updating to Enfold 4.2.5. All product pages are not loading. So this problem is serious.

    Thanks very much for help.

    Hi,

    @owls_studio
can you please create a different topic for that?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

When is the 4.2.7 update going to be released? It’s been postponed various times already.
