    Hello,

    I was one of the people in this thread : https://kriesi.at/support/topic/blank-site-after-updating-to-4-2-5.

    As per your instructions, I’m contacting you to solve the problem individually ; you’ll find credentials for the afflicted websites in private.

    But I want to point out that I did try the update on staging sites first – I am no newcomer to this – and the update worked on the staging sites. But the staging site are not hosted by the same company than the production website. Credentials will also be included.

    Hope a solution will be found ; but in the meantime, I would like to have a 4.2.4 version (now running 4.2.1).

    Oh, and please bear in mind that the production websites are up and running, so fiddling with them during the day is to be kept to safe limits…

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problems, though there is not much we can do to solve any problems unless we can actually see them. If you wan to run 4.2.4 then you can download it private.

    Remember that a staging site should be located on the same server, otherwise you won’t know if there are any issue with the server in question.
