Hi
I bought the first time the enfold theme at themeforest couple of weeks ago and created a website for a customer. Everything worked fine and the site is live.
Now I plan to create another website with the enfold theme for another end customer.
I understand I have to buy the theme again, correct? If so, I just buy it at themeforest again? How do you know which support relays to which customer. I can always use same single api I have at themeforest to get updates, correct?
Thanks for clarification how I best handle the licensing/support when using the enfold theme for multiple end customer.
Best regards

Thanks for contacting us!
Yes, you understood correctly. You would need to purchase a separate license for each domain and you can use the same API for both sites. As far as i know Envato’s API detects how many license you have and how many times API key is being used for our theme.
You can give purchase code to your client and they can use it to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and contact us whenever they have a theme related question or an issue and generate additional API key for the second site and use it instead using the same API key :)I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!
Cheers!

Thanks for response. So far I understand. However I will manage everything for the end customer. Hence If I want support from the forum, which I have for the first month, I want to use the same login / password as I have for the theme I already bought, but of course with six months from when I bought the second theme. Ist that possible of how is this handled with the support?
Best regards

As long as you have valid licenses then you will have access to the support forum. If you should lose access for some reason then you can contact us through this channel and post your purchase information and we’ll set you up with the correct access again.
Best regards,
