How to setup NEWS, MASONARY and BLOG POST elements to dispay image and text side by side with image.
Note: Now I can only do them TOP and BOTTOM; image top and text on the bottom. Vise-versa.

I don’t think that’s possible however we can help hide the menu with some css codes, would this be okay for you?
As for displaying image beside the text, Enfold doesn’t have that feature, we would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

We can’t modify anything on your site since we don’t have access, can you give us a link to your site? so we can take a closer look and try to give you instructions and css codes to add on your site which should hide it. Just to confirm, it’s the main menu that you want removed?

The website is currently being developed on the LOCALHOST, not yet uploaded into the web hosting. Can you do the setup and send them to me for inserting into my server.
