    In November I purchased a new version of Enfold 4.2 for one year for one site that I recently began to manage, medspanassociates.com ////
    This is a WordPress dashboard, GoDaddy hosted site and I have had to hire special WP support to recover crashed site twice. Most recent crash occurred after my attempt to upgrade from Enfold 4.2 to 4.2.4 which was recommended and the only option visible was a direct upload through WP dashboard. Recovered site has pieces missing and GoDaddy support requested latest Enfold version 4.2.4 stand alone copy to activate site completely. WHERE CAN I FIND THIS??? Navigation with Enfold through Kriesi, Envato and Themeforest is very confusing and this site Kriesi will not allow me to log in with my account!!!!! Dead ends everywhere and you have my money while I have a mess. Please help!!!! Thanks, Jennifer Kotter

    Please register to our support forum using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and then start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins and FTP logins in private content field so we can look into it.
