    The message is

    Importing didn´t work!
    You might want to try reloading the oage and then try again!

    I have try this for a couple off day’s.

    Als i try with “on click demo import” it doesnt’t work

    Do you have a support in german language?

    Hi,
    The Strato webhost seems to have this issue often, a possible solution from the Strato team is that they believe that the PHP Boost option maybe the cause for the errors, and point to this help article to Disable the PHP Boost Look near the bottom of the page for “Enable PHP Boost” and do the opposite.
    If this doesn’t help we could assist with a manual install of the demo, but we will need your Strato webhost login in the Private Content area.

    Hi,
    Ok, I was able to login via FTP & wordpress, but I will still need your Strato webhost account login so we have access to PHPmyAdmin (your database)
    I also see you are using PHP v7.2 please change to v7.0 & your site seems to be listed as “secure mode” please disable or ask your host to disable this. We don’t want and extra security while installing the demo. You can always add that later

    Hi,
    Ok, I was able to install the 2017 Demo, see Private Content area for login info.
    Please check all settings such as site name, email, permalink structure, and language. You can also remove the extra admin account if you wish.
    Please clear your browser cache and check.
