    Hello,
    Last night I noticed that the video player of my self hosted videos only show the control bars: a horizontal bar with the control elements and part of the play button in the middle. It seems to work fine for youTube hosted videos. But self hosted videos is problematic.

    It worked fine before so what happened and how can this be solved?

    Your help is much appreciated.

    I mentioned this problem in the following thread – but no response came except from another user who experienced the same.

    Hey ehoogstad!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I think we need to login to the site first before we can see the test page because it redirects us to the “wp-admin” page but it’s blank. Please provide the login details in the private field.

    As I wrote in the previous thread I’ve found this css code in another thread and it seems to solve the issue:
    .mejs-container { max-height: 100% !important;}
    But I don’t get a preview image, only a black background.
    I would also like a fullscreen button, which is not provided.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry but I’m getting the exact same problem as Ismael, navigating to the test page works fine but after submitting the password and checking the Recaptcha then the login screen is just blank. I’m not sure why that is happening?

    This is strange indeed.
    I will provide you with my own account settings and remove the password from the test page

    Let me know if it works now.

    It worked! Thanks.
    But why do I need an extra css code and isn’t it working out of the box anymore (like it did before)?
