    Hi guys,

    I’ve just seen that the styling for buttons, dividers and icons has broken on our site https://incrowdsports.com/ and it appears from comments in the Envato discussion board state that others are effected too https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990/comments?page=543.

    I am not covered for support and can’t see a similar thread on this forum but could you let me know how to fix this please asap?

    Hey edney23,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use wordpress@kriesi.at ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for giving us admin access, however it doesn’t load avia merged styles, can you try adding this to your child theme’s style.css:

    Then flush out the cache and also clear the browser cache. Let us know if this helps.

    Many thanks Nikko. That has helped fix some issues but there are still some elements that aren’t behaving as they should. Icons no longer have a ring around them and ranging left and custom centered dividers are also suffering the same issue when they are supposed to be centered.

    Hi,

    Thanks, I have checked it again and have flushed out the cache and clear browsing cache on my end and it works fine. Can you try to clear the browser cache on your end and check? let us know if it’s good on your and or it’s not showing. Here is a screenshot on how it looks on my end (link in private content).
