    Hi,

    My company Carbon Smart had purchased your theme a few years ago. However, with the change in our IT department, we have lost the site support login details. I am the new marketing person here and I had purchased 6 months additional support yesterday. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to support area, I believe this because the email address registered on your support page is of one of our ex-employees.
    Could you please help me in resetting the login details on urgent basis. I have several queries that I need someone from your team to assist me with. with The purchase code is:d7ebdad7-8515-422b-8579-7027bf321f37.
