    Hello,

I’m writing a blog post where I need to provide my readers with a downloadable ZIP file as part of the post. The Zip file is a touch over 150MB, which is too large to upload by way of the the media uploader within WordPress. I directly uploaded it using FileZilla, but when I try to create a link to that file, I get a 404 error.

What’s the best way to approach this?

I’ll put some additional info in the private box.

    Thanks,

    Tim

I figured out part of what I was doing wrong. When I named the folder I had written “blogdowloads” and when I wrote the link I wrote “blogdownloads.”

I would still like to fix the file size limit when doing this through WordPress.

    Thanks!

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

Great, glad you got it working. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with the file size limit.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
