    Hi.

    I have done a page with a Fullwidth Easy Slider (images) as a header with a Contact Form underneath. The images on the slider don’t show even though it looks like they are there.

    Everything is fine with other pages that have a Fullwidth Easy Slider, but they don’t have a Contact Form underneath..

    Could you please advise how to fix?

    Hi,

    I see your slider is just showing a white space. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Not quite sure what you mean. I clicked on the link and went to wordpress login. I logged in as per login details you have and went to dashboard.
    Then becomes: pages to register your event (edit).
    Or you looking for this link maybe?

    Sorry, what do you mean by credentials? Log in details? Password?
    The ones I have given get me in. They’ve been updated and are correct. I’m not quite sure why it doesn’t get you in. What could be causing that issue?

    Ok, thanks, I think I know what’s going on and will look at.

    I’ve sent through another request twice now which hasn’t been responded t.

    The domain rubysprayz.com.au has been built through wordpress. My last computer konked it so I don’t have the login details via wordpress for it. Can you supply?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. The domain name inside the cpanel is different (see private field). Please ask your hosting provider to recover the valid login credentials.

    Not quite sure what you’re saying.

    The domain name within the cppanel and dashboard etc is rubysprayz.com.au

    What domain name are you referring to? The details given to you are for this domain name.
