Hi,
My Zendesk Widget recently stopped working on my website.
I was wondering if you knew if there was possibly compatibility issue with the enfold theme?Thank you!

Your zendesk config is giving aFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
https://Your-Site.zendesk.com/embeddable/config
You also have a few Mixed Content errors, for your logo images, favicon, & layerslider. Please try fixing this first.
Your onesignal api is giving aFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400
Please review your errors in the developer console (F12 for Chrome) or choose from the right click options in other browsers.
Best regards,

Thanks for the info. So are you saying the other issues are causing zendesk to not work?February 23, 2018 at 2:16 am #916459Hi,
Yes, if the zendesk config is giving a 404 (file not found) it would most likely not work.Best regards,
MikeFebruary 24, 2018 at 2:48 am #916937thanks Mike,
but I wasn’t referring to the 404 file error, I was referring to the other issues you said I should look at.
I am assuming that you brought up those issues because they are possibly connected to the zendesk issue?
-OR- are they unrelated and you were just giving me a heads up?thanks so much,
February 24, 2018 at 4:24 am #916952Hi,
Sorry that I was unclear, I’m unsure the role of the onesignal api on your site, but if it used by the zendesk it could also contribute to your issue. Mixed Content errors can effect many different files on your site, so correcting them is a good path to take.Best regards,
MikeFebruary 26, 2018 at 9:18 pm #918033Hi Mike,
One Signal is a separate plugin used for push notifications. As it hasn’t been set up yet, I made the plugin inactive for now. As far as I know, they do not interact as the Zendesk widget stopped working before I installed the one signal plugin,Do you know what could be causing the 404 error?
February 27, 2018 at 2:27 am #918131Hi,
The zendesk code on your site is giving the error: “Unknown account”
I’m thinking that asking zendesk if you are using the right code for your site is a good step.Best regards,
