Hello,
I’m using WP Google Maps – Pro Add-on to display maps on various pages of my site, and today I updated the theme to 4.2.4 and everything stopped working. This plugin uses shortcodes to display the different maps on different pages (I have added the shortcodes using codeblocks and text blocks, and they were all working fine before the update) with different markers, and everything was working perfectly before this last update (which happened today).
Here’s some information about some steps I’ve taken (without luck) that you might find useful: I have cleared my browser cache, flushed website cache, checked and I’m using PHP 7.0.2, My Google Maps API good to go. I don’t know if this matters, but I am using a child theme.
Is there any way you can help me? If not, could you somehow send me a fresh copy of the theme files from BEFORE today’s update (I reverted back and it didn’t work, so I want to rule out some sort of error with my theme backup with a copy from you guys of the theme before 4.2.4). I added my website’s link in the private section, where you can see a big blank space where the map should be.
Please review and let me know if you found the issue within the theme or if you can send me a fresh, uncorrupted copy of the theme files before the update. Thank you.
February 21, 2018 at 10:59 pm #915757Hi,
Could you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? It seems like some files are corrupted. If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)
Regards,
YigitFebruary 21, 2018 at 11:24 pm #915775Hi Yigit,
I just reinstalled the theme and the issues remain (I also just noticed that the masonry elements on the homepage and footer are now gone too). See below for credentials and thanks for your help!

There was a function missing in shortcodes.js. It should be working now.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
