Hi
My client recently moved his website a dedicated server and has turned on Cloudflare although I have just discovered this and have not redirect anything as yet to Cloudflare. However, I can’t edit the homepage as it will not fully load I can load other pages but not it. I thought it might be my internet speed but that’s okay and it not been an issued loading before the above.
Please, could someone have a look?
Thanks
February 21, 2018 at 12:33 pm #915388Hey info224,
Thanks for the login details. Please try to enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 21, 2018 at 12:35 pm #915392Hi,
If moving the page should not help, then please try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

RikardFebruary 21, 2018 at 12:49 pm #915402Hello
Thanks for coming back to me. I have enabled the debug mode
if(isset($avia_config[‘use_child_theme_functions_only’])) return;
I’m not using a child theme.
However, I’m not too sure what it has added as it’s still not loading. I’ve not disabled the plugins as yet. The client is having a word with the hosting company to see if it is something on their end.

February 21, 2018 at 1:21 pm #915429Hi
I added the coding to the functions php file and was able to copy the code to a new page and it still not loading correctly. :( I’ll try and deactivate plugins will it make a difference if I do it in maintenance mode via plugin it just I don’t want end users to see what I’m doing.

Try increasing php max execution time.Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 22, 2018 at 11:02 am #915963Hi
I have disabled all the plugins and that didn’t work. When I applied the first part i.e. adding the below to the htaccess
php_value post_max_size 512M
php_value upload_max_filesize 512M
php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300
php_value memory_limit 512MHostgator didn’t like it and lock the site, fortunately, I was able to remove the coding via the FTP file so its up and running
I’ll have a word with the client to contact the host and see what they can do.
I’m really frustrated as I need to make some changes.
Thanks for your help though I do appreciate it.
February 22, 2018 at 1:58 pm #916049Hi
I’ve been told by the client/Hosting company that the max memory is 256m and it can’t be increased. I still can’t edit it any suggestions please?
February 22, 2018 at 2:05 pm #916053Hi info224,
That should be fine, you should ask them to increase max_execution_time, I think you have like 30s, it should be more.
Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 22, 2018 at 3:20 pm #916130Okay this is what we got back from Hostgator
safe mode = Off (cannot adjust)
memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM)
max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM)
upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM)
enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)As mentioned we are now using Cloudflare although I have not as yet added this to the WP Super Cache Plugin I am using.would this have any bearing?

February 22, 2018 at 8:07 pm #916268Hi
Just another update I have moved the website away from Cloudflare encase that was a problem I have cleared the cache and also deactivated all the plugins again and cleared the cache again the homepage is not loading. My only other option is to create a new homepage and hope that works not unless anyone can suggest anything else.
Thanks
