Our site is not yet live, but we are using “Home v9: Videos and Parallex” as the home page. I deleted the other versions of the home page that were included in the demo site, expect the main Homepage and Home v9. (whose Parent is Homepage). When I moved the Homepage to trash, my home page began showing the blog page as the home page instead and I had to restore the homepage from trash and then go back to Enfold/Front Page Settings and reselect Home v9 as the home page.
Since we won’t be using it, I would like to remove Homepage from our list of pages before going live. I’m concerned about deleting it though because it appears to be the Parent of Home v9.
If I change the Parent status of Home v9: from “Parent-Homepage” to “No Parent,” would I then be able to delete Homepage without causing an issue with the site? I’m thinking the problem occurred because I tried to Trash the parent page.

Yes, please set the Home v9 parent page to No Parent, then use it as homepage in Enfold > Theme Options > Frontpage Settings. That should work well without any issues :)

NikkoThank you! Now that I’ve move Homepage into Trash, can I manually eidt the permalink to /home instead of /home-v9-videos-and-parallax/ without issue?

Yes, you need to remove the homepage from trash then you can use that permalink without any issue :)
