    Even I’ve seen the other posts to this problem I still have no chance of fixing the issue. The WP is installed with Start, their support told me to contact WordPress – excellent support :-) Anyway, I need someone to tell me, what could be the issue so that I know if I have to change the provider, or simple re-install the WP with all settings. Thanks in advance!

    Hey mepoco,

    Thanks for your kind words :) please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I was able to login to your site, and see your setting look good so we could try to import a demo, but I’m unsure which demo you would like to install?
    Also which webhost are you using?

    For this domain Strato Germany is the webhost. I would like to install the construction theme, since it has the perfect settings for the job. Regards, Dirk

    Hi,
    Strato often has issues importing the demos, I believe the issue is with their security settings blocking the IP that the demos come from. Please contact them to have them disable these setting.
    Otherwise we would need the login to your Strato account to manually install the demo.

    Hi Mike, since I already told Nikko the needed login details I’m not sure why to explain this all once again – sorry. Great that you want to help fixing the problem, but it doesn’t help much to double the process. Strato just told me like postet in my first support question to F***k mys*** and that I should contact WordPress :-) Unfortunately I saw right now, that my word correction changed that to Start.

    However, I have another Enfold theme installation at an different server and it just worked fine there. Haven’t checked if I could do it there once again without trouble.

    Please install the demo data manually with the infos given in out #914936. If here is any other details you need, just post me the request. If there is a way of doing it manually by myself, just send over all the data and a short setup manual.

    Hi,
    Sorry I don’t mean to make extra work for you, what I was asking for is your Strato account login to import the database, typically it is for the link like in the Private Content area. This is not the wordpress login that I was able to use, Nor the FTP access that I was able to use.
    I have manually uploaded the images and css, but to finish I need to import the database via PHPMyAdmin this is why I need your Strato login, if you want to do the last step the file is in the Private Content area.
