    Enfold Version: 4.2.3
    Wordpress Version 4.9.4

    Just imported App Demo content now getting these notices at the top of the page;

    “Warning: include(/home/sitesavvymarketi/public_html/labs/supple-muscle/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/Flaticon/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sitesavvymarketi/public_html/labs/supple-muscle/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488

    Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/sitesavvymarketi/public_html/labs/supple-muscle/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/Flaticon/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/sitesavvymarketi/public_html/labs/supple-muscle/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488”

    The strange thing is the folder mentioned in the warning, “Flaticon” (uppercase “F”) doesn’t exist but “flaticon” (lowercase “f”) does. So I changed the folder name to have an uppercase “F” but then the warning changed to a lowercase “f”

    Hey shunarjuna,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Thanks, although I’m not sure what you’ll find in the back end. It’s a fresh install of WordPress and I’ve already tried disabling all plugins.

    Hi shunarjuna,

    You need to set your debug settings to write errors to a log file and not to show it to users. Here is how to do it:

    If you need further assistance please let us know.

    I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand. Here is what I have in wp-config.php;

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    I thought that prevented errors from showing. So why is the error showing? And why would I want to log it? I’ve never had to do that before.

    And apart from anything else I followed the instructions given in the link provided and I’m still getting the error. Here is what I put in wp-config.php;

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. We deleted the flaticon fonts which took care of the errors. Please provide the font file and we’ll test it on our own installation.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Okay, thanks. I think I figured out what the problem might be.

    I tried to run the demo import again to see what happens and got the same warnings again. So based on what you told me about deleting the fonts I went to Enfold’s settings, in the Import/Export section, and saw that there had been two fonts imported with the demo content: “flaticon” and “Flaticon”. I couldn’t find “Flaticon” in the uploads folder so that’s the one I deleted in the settings. Errors disappeared.

    It seems like either the demo import isn’t importing the “Flaticon” font when it should be, or it’s a bug in the import process and it should only be importing “flaticon” instead of both “Flaticon” and “flaticon”.

    I hope that makes sense.

    Thanks,

    Andrew.

    Hi,

    Are the icons rendering properly in the frontend after deleting the duplicate? You should see them under the “Growing Community” section in the front page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    I had to edit the page to re-select the icons for those elements that were supposed to have them but, yes, the icons are rendering properly.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. I’m not really sure why it was duplicated. Glad it is working now. :)

    Best regards,
    Ismael
