I have a new page that I am setting up and I want to put a countdown timer on it but when I set it up, then publish nothing is there. I have set the date to March, 4 2019.
Thank you,
KIrtus
Hey Kirtus,
Have you tried disabling all active plugins and testing to ensure there are no script conflicts.

Hi,
Thanks for confirming that. Looking into the issue further, there seemed to be an opacity issue. Please add this to quick css:
.av-countdown-timer{
opacity:1!important;
}

I added the code that you suggested and I can now see the countdown. However, it is not counting down. It is only showing 0s.
Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’m having the same issue. I added the css and it displays zeros. I’m running 4.5.5
Hey DJQuad,
Did you enable the events?

Yes. Now the entire left 1/2 layout that contains the countdown isn’t being displayed. It contains only an image and the countdown.
Hi,
There seems to be a console error coming from a “crowdfunding-front.js”. Can you remove disable (if it is a plugin) and see if the issue resolves?
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
I went to do that but am getting the screenshot. It’s not clear to me where Performance Setting where to change that. I never changed anything in there.
I changed “Disabling of template builder elements” to Always, but the animated countdown is still 0
I added a new one and it worked fine at first, now it’s back to all 0’s again.
Hi,
I’m still seeing the same console error.
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
