    I started to see bug in the user interface that makes it difficult to edit and create content.

    For example :
    – the gridlines do not display correctly (in the administrator interface)
    – when I move content, it remains the “ghost” box above the destination space
    – the section functions are inaccessible (change color).
    – i can’t save content

    I tried on another computer, with another browser, with another connection, nothing solves the problem.

    Please help me !

    Hey Ethikis,

    Have you attempted to disable all active plugins to see if the issue continues?

    We have no plugins activated. Do you know if I can send you a screenshot ? I read all usual bug but I haven’t see similar issues.

    Hi Jordan,

    I don’t know if you saw the issue ? This morning I try to improve “Qui sommes-nous” page and when I change picture on the back in the head box and save it, I loose all contain below… I use to have this issue in other pages.

    Since some of the issues you are having seem to be occurring on the back-end, we would want to see the issue for ourselves. If possible, please provide admin login information in the private area. It will only be accessible to mods.

    Hi Jordan,

    You can open “le label longtime” and go down to the gridline that begin “les appareils domestiques” here you can see that there is an screen issue and after same problem. the same problem in “la démarche longtime”

    Yesterday I try to change picture on the back of “Qui sommes-nous?” when i save the modification it erase all the rest of contain.

    Can I send you sreeenshot by mail or other way ?

    Hi Elsa,

    Thanks for the screenshots, though I’m not sure how to reproduce the error? If you could try to explain exactly what you did to get the error then that would be helpful. First off though, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I updated the theme as you recommend.

    To reproduce the error you can :

    – go to the “le label LongTime” page
    – below “quels produits peuvent-être labellisés ?” section
    – create a new gridline
    – try to move content from gridline below

    Also on the same page, below “quels produits peuvent-être labellisés ?” section

    – you can put picture on the back of the gridline or one of section
    – it’s impossible to SAVE and i have to close the windows

    I hope you can understand error with this. Can you confirm you have same problem ?

    I really don’t know what to try more but I really need to continue work on this website… If you have any recommandations.

    Hi Elsa,

    Thanks for the feedback. The layout builder can be a bit sensitive to open html markup unfortunately, and I think that is the problem in your case. I found this markup for instance:

    <strong>Quels produits peuvent être labellisés ?<strong>

    I closed that tag for you but unfortunately the content below it disappeared, could you try creating it please? If you should have this problem again then please try to check all the markup you have added and make sure that it’s properly closed.
