    Hi there,

    I created several a Layer Sliders on http://www.kinderoefentherapiedolo.nl. They works fine! I want to hide them on mobile and show alternative content. Also works fine, but… there is a problem on Apple iPad mini.

    I have set the Layer Sliders on Hide On Mobile at 767. I have set the alternative content on Hide on large screens (wider than 990px – eg: Desktop). Normally did would mean that the Later Slider is shown on iPad Mini, but it is not.

    Do you have a solution for this?

    Thanks.

    A little correction. The problem occurs also on the iPad Air.

    Hi,

    Ipad size is bigger.
    Example:

    @media only screen and (device-width: 768px) and (device-height: 1024px) and (orientation : landscape) {
     body {

    }

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Sorry for my late response.

    I don’t entirely understand your answer. I know iPad is 768 px. That’s why in my layer settings i set ‘Hide under 767’. So this would mean that it hides under 767 px and shows up above it. Like on an iPad wich is 768 big. But it does not. Like i said it does not show on iPad.

    Am i missing something? A solution would by nice.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info. The sliders will overlap if the screen width is less than 989px. You have to set the “Hide Under” value of the layer slider to 989px and disable the “Hide on Mobile” option.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
