When I put the bold tag around a header in the advanced editor and save it and then hit save draft it’s wiping out half the content on the page. I go to restore and the latest restore option does not show that I saved the tags around that header. It just doesn’t want to do it it seems.

    Hey roach3747,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

The tags cant be used like that that is why you cant get it worked out.
You cant have them go around.

So then what am I supposed to do to put a header in bold? That’s not an option in the advanced editor but it should be. It’s a very basic necessity.

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details, though I think you forgot to post the URL? Did you check that your strong tag is properly closed? If not it will likely break the content below it:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Best regards,
    Rikard
