    Rather than trying to update the PHP myself, I’d like to know if you are aware of this issue and the proper way to fix this.
    The site is not available to anyone including administrators!

    I have downloaded and uploaded the latest Enfold version from ThemeForest and it is now accessible.
    Hope this helps others with this issue.
