Hey Kriesi,
Great theme, it has stayed strong over the last couple of years; However, I noticed around sometime last year that the Theme Options page lost its styling and that I could not save any changes made. I have been stuck in finding a solution and have yet to find a thread that addresses this same exact issue. When I click on “Save all changes,” the URL adds a hashtag to avia (making it wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia#), but nothing happens. When I try to refresh, the changes have not been saved.Troubleshooting steps taken so far:
– Updated memory limit to 256MB in wp-config.php
– Updated theme to most recent version (4.2.3)
– Updated WordPress to most recent version (4.9.4)
– Deactivated all plugins
– Cleared cache
– Checked permissions for folders – wp-admin 755, wp-content 755, wp-includes 755Help would be greatly appreciated, as I am trying to change a couple of settings. One particularly is to test the schema activation off, so that way I can specify only one type of schema (organization) instead of WebSite. Pointing me in a direction with that would also be much appreciated.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Have you made any redirections in your .htaccess file? I believe that is the reason. To make sure, we are going to need to have an access to your server. Please let us know if you still have the issue after moving to your live server so we can look into it :)

YigitThat was it! I found that I had redirected /themes/enfold/framework for some dumb reason. FACE. PALM.
