    Hi,
    I know you don’t support 3rd party plugins, but I’m hoping you might be able to give me a clue what to do here.
    I’m using the Events Manager Pro plugin. I’m having an issue when using the Enfold shortcode insertion tool. If I’m editing a regular post, clicking on the blue magic wand and inserting the Tabs element works fine. However, if I want to do that in an Event post type, it won’t work quite as nicely. When working with the Tabs dialog box, when you click on a Tab to edit it’s name, or on the text block to edit that, you just get a blank page. Any ideas?

    Hey Taryn,

    Seems like there’s a 403 error shown, which is causing it (screenshot in private content). Can you try to give us ftp access also? so we can check further.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing the ftp access and figured out that this is a bug on the theme. We have reported this to Kriesi and our devs, hopefully this will be fixed on the next update :)

    You’re welcome, the latest version has just released 4.2.4, you should see this fixed in our changelog: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-changelog/
    – fixed: issue with magic wand shortcodes and modal subwindow not loading
    If you haven’t updated yet, please make a backup first before updating :)
