I want for iPad2 the menu option „Logo left, Menu below“. For other devices „Logo left, Menu right“.
Is this possible?

It will be very difficult to target just specifically the iPad2 do to the fact that responsive layouts are based on screen sizes, not specific devices. The iPad2 shares screen size dimensions with other devices as well so you would have to share the layout with those devices too.
