Hi,
As you can see I am have the fullscreen slider with one image here:
http://www.hotelladdict.sebut it loads very slowly. Do you know why?
What image size do you recommend?Thanks

Try using around 1600px width, the height should just accordingly. Also try to compress your images, you can try to use plugins or compress it here: https://tinypng.com/
I checked your site in pingdom and this is the result: https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/qpgTA/http://www.hotelladdict.se/ the total page size is: 38.91 MB and the size of all images sum-up to 38.17 MB, which makes it very slow.
