I manage several different websites, and use the Enfold theme for all of them. It seems I am permanently logged into your support site with one set of credentials and not able to log out or log in using the credentials for another. I’ve tried clearing the cache, cookies, and browsing history. I’ve even tried using an incognito page, but to no avail.
The user name I cannot logout from is ccupcps and I’m trying to login using peabody64. Please advise. Thank you.

I am not really sure why you are having such weird issue. Could you please try using a different browser and check if it is browser related? Alternatively, we can remove your “ccupcps” account then you can re-register in – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. That would probably solve the issue. If you would like us to delete that account, please post purchase code you used to register in private content field so we can validate :)

YigitI tried using Firefox instead of Chrome. The login and password areas were not auto populated as in Chrome, but upon entering the desired login credentials, I am not granted access to the support site. The page builds, my login creds remain in the login area, but no access. I have verified that the credentials are correct. Please advise.
