    I updated my site on 1/29/18 saving it after the update (I believe). When trying to add new pages to my site, after saving each item, it disappeared. I would re-enter the content, and it would be deleted again. This happened repeated times, so I deleted the page and started again, with the same results. This continually happened on Safari and Chrome. Now when I try and save anything in Enfold, I get the pop up Saving didn’t work, try again. When I go to the page I was working on (Artist Books), I get a continual spinning wheel, which has been spinning out of control for a week. The tech person I am working with had the same results on a different computer.
    I have tried updating manually my word press site, updating Safari, clearing the cache on Safari and I keep getting Saving didn’t work, and on the specific page, the spinning wheel.
    Please help me!

    Hey Mersey113,

    Thanks for providing admin access, I have checked your site and I see some errors in the console including:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Can you give us ftp access also? so we can check further.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing the config file, I imported it and used the password you gave (private content), this is the error I get:

    Response:	530 Login authentication failed

    Hi,

    Thanks, the username in the config file is wrong but the one you posted in private content is right, and encryption should be Only Use Plain FTP and ftp works fine :)

    I have found out that you are still using php 5.4.45, Enfold requires atleast php 5.6.3, I would suggest that or 7.0. Hope this helps :)
