I received an email: We’d like to let you know that an update to your item Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme by Kriesi is now available in your Downloads page. But within my site (WordPress 4.9.2) as Admin, panel: Enfold > Theme Update says I’m running latest version 3.6 and then I click to check manually, same. I’m confused. Is WordPress not on top of things?

You can check some ways to update our theme to the latest version here: https://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold and this happens are caused by the cache (provided by some plugin or your own host provider).
