Hi I’ve this question
1) i would like put the gtranslate plugin in the same area of social icon (header)
2) in the mobile version i don’t want the floating of the plugin
3) in mobile version the logo is not in the centerThanks

Maybe you could try adding it to a widget in the header? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
