Hi,

I ordered a new theme and forgot where I find the purchase number to install premium features etc. and where I can sign in for the support for the other theme.
Could you help me where to search? Thx in advance.

Hi Nic,

You don’t need that on the theme, purchase code is needed to register into our forum, as for the theme, you need Themeforest User Name and Themeforest API Key, which you need to put in Enfold > Theme Update. :)

ah okay, thanks, but how do I get support for the new other theme (avada), do I have to create a new account? I need support but don’t know where to log in and what to do. I only have the account for enfold-help and I ordered the avada also.
