    when you go to shop and put products in the cart and procedd to checkout..
    every time you activate or deactivate the “shipping address (different from invoice address” options, you get one more terms of conditions checkbox and place order button.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    It is quite odd. Did you upgrade the plugin to version 3.3? Please try to deactivate the plugins except for Woocommerce then test it again.

    hello ismael,

    I know, it is super weird..
    I deactivated all plugins apart from woocommerce and it didnt change anything.
    But when I switched to another theme, the issue disappeared.. So I guess it has to do with enfold.

    in the meantime I did the upgrade to woocommerce 3.3. but it didnt change anything.

    I tried to debug the issue but I can’t find the script that’s causing it. Did you add any scripts or modifications? Please contact the WooCommerce support for additional help.
