Hi,
The widgets in the footer are reverted to the default ones after I updated Enfold to 4.2.2. I use a different folder name for enfold, so after the update the folder name is set back to enfold. When I change it back to what I want, the site works but the footer widgets are gone. Any idea how to get them back? They are not in the inactive widgets section. Do you need any logins?
edit: I think the first two are still the same, footer 3 and 4 are empty.

Yes, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I checked it and it doesn’t seem I could retrieve them, usually the solution is to use the old theme back (if you have a backup), otherwise the only thing left to do is to rebuild it.

OK! Thanks for taking a look, I do have a backup but made too many changes since, so that’s not an option. I’ll rebuild, thanks!
