    Hi!

    Need your help! =)

    Icons doesnt show on the mobile plattforms but they do show on desktop. You can see the pictures I provided in the private content.
    It happens on the entire website but the example below is from http://www.sudersand.se/vara-boenden/parstugor/
    and it is strange that some icons show in the “icon list” (image2.png).

    Thanks for your help!

    Regards Johan

    Hey Johan,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Can you disable caching and minification for now?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    All right, here you go!

    I don´t think that the minification is up and running actually, but I can turn off the caching.

    Login is in private.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS:

    #top .avia-font-entypo-fontello,
    body .avia-font-entypo-fontello,
    html body [data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello']:before {
        font-family: 'entypo-fontello' !important;
    }

    and turn off the or flush out the cache.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi!

    If you look higher up, in the earlier posts, you already got a username and password to use.
    But I´ll post them again for you in the private field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for giving us access, I have disabled this option in Autoptimize: Optimize CSS Code? and flush out the cache from w3 total cache and it works fine. Let us know if you need further assistance :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko
