    would love some help with this… just downloaded the theme and can’t seem to install it.
    deactivated and than deleted all of my plugins, still doesn’t work.

    Hey StaceyThrush,
    Please note that after you download the theme from Theme Forest you will need to open it and extract the enfold.zip from the file, and then upload that to your WordPress > Themes > Add New
    If you still are having issues please include a Dropbox or Google Drive link to your enfold.zip file and we will help.
    *First check with your webhost that you are using php v7

    that’s exactly what i did. i’m uploading only the enfold.zip file.
    and wehost is using PHP7.

    You can refer to this thread and try installing the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/

    If you would like us to install it for you, please FTP logins here privately as well :)
