    Hello,
    I updated the Enfold Theme to 4.1 and did this through my wordpress dashboard and now part’s of the website are unavailable.
    I don’t know how to trouble shoot this issue. I cannot log into the admin portion of the website.

    Please Help!

    Hi,

    Could you please try updating the theme to the latest version 4.2.2 via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
    If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

    These instructions are a bit confusing. What is the FTP tool and how can I locate that?

    Hi,

    This may be a bit more of an advanced topic that a nearby developer may be able to help you with, but you can find an FTP client on your hosting server. Or, you can download the popular Filezilla tool here:

    https://filezilla-project.org/

    You would want to download the client version.

    FTP is basically used for the transfer of web files.
