Dear Support:
I upgraded to Enfold theme version 4.2.1 and my WordPress site went blank. I could not access wp-admin, or any page in the site. Every page returned a 500 error. At this point, I have to revert to version 4.2. Any suggestions?
The URL is: http://msyt.org
Thanks,

Just upgraded the theme (I believe it said 4.2.1 but thought it was 4.2.2. not sure) inside WordPress and 500 server error and cannot access wp-admin. I’m using PHP v7.1 version. About to reinstall my SQL database if we cannot find a fix. AGGGHHH!

January 25, 2018 at 8:32 pm #903014Hi,
Please try to replace enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\comments.php with the file in the privte content area.via FTP, also save a copy of your original file.
Best regards,
MikeJanuary 26, 2018 at 8:06 pm #903499Mike, Was that reply #903014 for me? If so, I replace the …..\comments.php with “file in the private content area”? I’m sorry I don’t understand where the file is I need to replace. This is the first time I’ve ever upgraded the theme and it’s crashed. :(

January 26, 2018 at 8:45 pm #903514Hi!
Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and that should solve the issue you are having. You can check out change log here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-changelog/

I DID update to 4.2.2 yesterday morning, through WP and it crashed my site. I cannot even get into my wp-admin. Today I FTP manually uploaded the theme (not child theme) to my site. My site is still a 500 error and I cannot access my wp-admin.

January 26, 2018 at 10:15 pm #903543Hi!
@saundrah Can you please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field? If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.Cheers!
