Hey, I opened the following ticket a couple of months ago regarding a bug in the Fullscreen Slider video slides:

I love the theme. Great support.We’ve implemented an Enfold Fullscreen Slider at the top of the home page. The last slide is a 10sec mp4 video. It works great on Chrome, however on Safari, the last slide doesn’t play and instead the slider gets stuck until page is reloaded.
I appreciate any help, login cred below.””
But, the ticket was prematurely closed. Even after upgrading to 4.2.1, the Fullscreen Slider still crashes in safari when a video slide is added.
Please help?

I would like to share the same message on this thread as well to inform other users who are having the same issue.
We are sorry about that. Apparently, there has been a miscommunication within our dev team and video background fix was not included.

I should say, imo, the native Fullscreen Slider that ships with Enfold is one of the best, simple, fulls-screen WP sliders in the marketplace. I’ve tested SmartSlider, Revolution Slider, etc., and the time-cost vs. benefit makes the Enfold Fullscreen Slider very attractive. In part, this might explain why the topic has generated so much heat.
