    Hi Support,
    Last week i purchased an Enfold theme. I installed it on a new domain. Everything went well. While editing a website i got a big surprise. when i update my data to a website I lost my elements. For example i added a catalog element in my template. I update it and the rest of the element below that catalog disappears automatically. Does anybody know what is the problem and why it is happening like that.

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out the page where this is happening and how we can reproduce it.

    Hi,

    You have open html markup in your content:

    <strong>Fisk och Skaldjursrätter<strong>

    That should be closed properly, it breaks the builder otherwise:

    <strong>Fisk och Skaldjursrätter</strong>

    All the headers on that line have the same problem.

    We created a test page with the same template as the front page but we can’t reproduce the issue. Please be careful with html tags. (see private field)
