    Hi,

    @jb84
    : We would like to access the site but there’s a database connection error. Please contact your hosting provider.

    @jenna_ess
    : Please create a new thread with the site url and the login credentials. We’ll check it there. Don’t forget to review the documentation.

    Hi,

    @jb84
    : The site is running on an old version of the theme, 4.0.7. Please update to version 4.2.1.

    @jenna_ess
    : Please upgrade to version 4.2.1. And provide the “Google Maps API Key” in the Enfold > Google Services panel.

    More info here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/

    Hi,

    @janna_ess: We would like to create a test page but the builder is not working. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugin while we work on the site? We also found the following error which means that the google API project has been deleted or it doesn’t exist. Please recreate it again.

    js?v=3.30&key=AIzaSyC9jD_hRSOmddQXuF2tL8fD0esF_lIgK7U:40 Google Maps API error: DeletedApiProjectMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#deleted-api-project-map-error

    @jb84
    : We reconnected the API key. The map is working now. Please update the google map address in the contact page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    thanks very much Ismael
    what was the problem?

    #904138

    hey it seems that you change some codes and now our plugin EVENTON is not working!

    #904141

    Ok i understand you solv the problem deactivating EVENTON plugin.
    But i need this plugin!

    I have asked you if you change settings for test to hurry undo but you deactivated and let some webpages scratch few days.
    It is really not a profressional support work because my client have seen that.

    What is the solution to fix the bug between Enfold Google map and EVENTON plugin?

    Please do not change anything on backend.

    #904611

    Hi,

    @jb84
    : I didn’t do anything with the EVENTON plugin. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin for additional help.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    #904670

    hi Ismael,

    all my plugin was deactivated by enfold support (because you are the only one and me who have admin credentials).
    But it’s ok.
    So it seems that it’s EVENTON olugin who make crashing the google map Enfold tool.
    Do it means that I have to manage this issue with ENVENTON support?

    #905208

    Hi,

    Yes please as it seems that the maps load 2 times.

    Thank you

    Best regards,
    Basilis
