    Hi,

    I tried to install the theme according the tutorial video. But ended up with this message:

    This page isn’t working
    mittencat.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    Any idea how to fix it? I have Increased PHP Memory to 96MB (https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP), but didn’t work.

    Hi Lin,

    96mb is still pretty low as the theme is rather large, could you try to increase it to 256mb?

    I increased to 512M, still didn’t work. Any idea to solve this problem?

    Hi Lin,

    It’s very difficult to say since the server error you are getting is very general, it basically just means that something went wrong. Could you check the server logs for any clues maybe? If you don’t have access to them then your hosting provider should be able to send them to you.
