Hello
I was already looking for an answer but coudn’t find one.I want to create two blogs on one side and want them to have their own sidebars on the site. But in the sidebar I always see the posts of both, but I want them to be seperated. How can I do that?
Next one: I would like to disply the social icons in the header, but in the header extra elements I cant chose where to place them, the box is just white.
Also the Facebook Like Box just doesn’t appear, when I place it on the sidebar.
Thank you for your help!
January 14, 2018 at 10:46 am #897049Hey Aurora_123,
You can set on the 2nd blog’s sidebar a separate widget area and filter both widgets by categories, so the posts are separated.
As for the social icons, it should show 3 areas, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field. As for the facebook like box it must not be a personal profile.
Best regards,

I really like this theme and you do a great job!I also have troubles with setting the widgets.. don’t know if it is because of my knowledge or not ;)
When I leave in the footer the widget area empty it still shows me my whole menu.
When I set my own widget and want it to appear on some pages, it doesn’t appear, even if the settings for this page are set to show this on the sidebar.
It is a Fb Group, is this the reason it doesn’t work?hope for your answer.
Thank you!!
January 15, 2018 at 5:05 am #897363Hi,
Thanks for your kind words, we really appereciate it :)
As for widgets, leaving the widget area empty allows default widgets to show up, as for the other question, I’m not sure why it’s not working but can we ask for a temporary admin access? so we can check it, the one you gave is only the login page.
Best regards,

I think the token has expired. Please post the login details in the private field so that we can check the social media icons.

Thank you for the info.
You can’t use a group page in the facebook likebox widget. You need to use an actual public facebook page, personal profile is not allowed. Example:
// https://www.facebook.com/kriesi.at/
Best regards,
