    Hello,
    When updating to 4.2, all background images heights are 3-4 times larger than normal and pop-up images don’t show up unless you scroll for awhile on desktop for Chrome and Firefox (Windows). Can you tell me how to fix or send me 4.1.1?

    Web site issues can be seen at http://3das.com, http://3das.com/contact/ for background issues. Pop-up images are on any page but you can see it easiest by going to http://3das.com/gallery/. This also affects mobile badly and the mobile menu isn’t working.

    Hey Brian,
    Please try clearing your cache plugin and minify plugin if different, and deactivate. Then clear your browser cache and see if that helped. Should it not help please keep them deactivated, and try deactivating your other plugins and check.

    Hello Mike,

    Unfortunately, disabling plugins and clearing the cache ideas does not work. I am almost positive it is the theme update as it is the only component that was updated when this issue happened. Please advise.

    Hi,
    I tried your page on my localhost with an updated Enfold and WordPress, and the page loaded correctly, please see screenshot in Private Content area.
    I know you tried with the disabled plugins, but I see you have 2 drop-in plugins that can’t be disabled and a old WordPress.
    These are the only differences that I see other than your child theme css, but I don’t see any css in there causing this.
    Please try updating WordPress, manually updating your theme files via FTP (https://vimeo.com/67209750
    Or: http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold) should any files have been corrupted, and looking into the drop-in plugins.

    Hello Mike,
    I tried the manual update and it didn’t work. But when I updated WP to 4.9.2 after, that seemed to fix the issues. Feel free to close the thread and thank you for your help.
