    Hi:
    I can go into an element, i.e., an icon box, the changes show in the element preview window – then I hit save. Your wheel in top right spins, as if it is making the change, but the element window does not close and the changes are not actually saved. I can update the page, nothing happens.

    I have de-activated all plugins to see if there is a conflict, tried switching to another theme, then back again, to no avail.
    Could you take a look for me?

    —Okay turns out, it’s just this one box I cannot edit – I added html to title to make the period red, which I want to remove and I cannot. Tried deleting the box, editing the box, to no avail.

    Hey Eleina_Shinn,
    I have login but I’m unsure which box you wish to remove the period. I assume it is your home page, but several special headers have periods. Please Try disabling your plugins and try again, if this fails, please explain which element and text string we should look for. please leave plugins disabled.
