    Hi guys,

    I’m Chris, the owner of SevenSpark and developer of UberMenu. Hope you’re doing well!

    I wanted to reach out to you because I had previously updated our Enfold Integration Guide for UberMenu to use a new filter that you guys had added which made menu integration much easier:

    Enfold (Kriesi)

    We recently had a customer who was encountering some trouble, and doing some digging we discovered that this filter is no longer present in Enfold 4.2

    The filter in question is:

    avf_main_menu_nav

    So, I wanted to ask if this filter was removed on purpose, or if it’ll be back? It would be great to have a simple way for customers to use our plugins together (and the previous template overrides where more tedious for users who aren’t familiar with the code involved).

    Just want to find out if we need to update the guide again and if there’s anything we can do to make things easier for our customers going forward.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I rechecked with our latest version of Enfold 4.2 on Github – the filter is still existing:

    enfold\includes\helper-main-menu.php line 187.

    If you need some other filters let us know and we will try to add them.

    Thanks, Gunter! Looks like the customer may have altered the file somehow. Thanks very much for the confirmation that the filter is still there! :)

    Hey Chris,

    Glad customer has figured it out!

    I attached the latest version of the theme in private content field in case you would like to test integration. There are many Enfold users using UberMenu and we recommend UberMenu to the ones who are looking for more advanced menus, therefore keeping the integration easy would keep both Enfold and UberMenu users happier :)
