    I installed Enfold and imported the 2017 Demo. Everything works great.
    When there are updates for Enfold, will I lose all the settings from the demo?
    Should I set up a child theme so I will not lose the settings from the demo and the custom CSS I placed in the Enfold Layout Designer?

    Hey bmatth1,

    You will not lose settings on an update, but we do recommend using a child theme in case you have some customizations and always have a backup.
