    Hello, I just updated to Enfold 4.1.2 and need to add a tab section to a page. It seems that when I create the section, drag and drop the elements into the gray boxes (text blocks with shortcodes) in the tab section and Publish, the content disappears. When I go to view the page, the tab section looks like basic HTML text in between two lines.

    Hey chill299,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Hi Nikko,

    I updated to version 4.2 this morning and I am still experiencing the same issues. I am also running the latest WP version. I have given you my access credentials below. Would the issue be host related. The particular page I am trying to add to is “Projects”.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, I tried adding the 1/1 element with the shortcodes into the Tab Section and it seems to be working without any problems. Could you have a look at the page in questions please?

    Thanks! I see what the problem is now. The tabs work fine on Internet Explorer, but I have been using Chrome for the build and it is not working there. Here are screenshots:
