    hello, a clients site was working just fine up until I got an email that it’s no longer working.

    I have deleted the theme and uploaded again but the theme itself just refuses to work.

    PLease help

    I get this error every time I try to respond privately ERROR: Your reply cannot be empty.

    Please take the http off of the ftp address and then it will work.

    You can write “HI” in the normal field and the rest in private. Which version of php are you running?

    any luck finding the issue yet? I’m going to have to ask for a refund and choose a new theme if I cant get this running by tonight.

    I have found the error myself. For some unexpected reason, permissions to the .htaccess file were changed to 444. Got this fixed up and all is well again.
