    Hi,
I am using some code snippets from Shopify and I am getting inconsistent results based on where I paste the code. For instance, if I paste it inside Content Elements, it seems to not function consistently. If I paste it directly into a plain text box, on a blank page, with no container (no page layout element, no content elements), it seems to come through fine. Ideally I’d like to put it into an Accordion, because there will be a lot of products and I have no other way to sort them. It works sometimes in the Accordion, but mostly it doesn’t. Can you help me to identify if there is a better way to place this code into an Accordion or other Element (such as a wrapper, or some iframe or other container)? Below is some code snippet from Shopify, and I am pasting this directly into the text box (not the visual box).

    Hey webdesign,

Can you place this code in accordion:

    <div id='product-component-bb369c4d48d'></div>

The rest of the code please put it in a Code Block. Let us know if this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
Do you mean I should put your code snippet, and nothing else, into the accordion toggle options (accordion –> toggle –> text, and then bring in a separate code block element, underneath the accordion element, and paste the rest of the shopify code there? I pasted your code into an accordion, and nothing happens. Perhaps I misunderstood?
    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes that’s right. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
I have manually created a username and password with Admin rights to the site. Below will be all the credentials you need.

    Hi,
I’ve posted the login credentials and am hoping to hear back soon. It’s been a few days.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

We reviewed it and that is why it took us some days :)
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,
    Basilis
